Natalia Nava-Urbina
Vice President of Alumni Relations

Major: Intended Business Administration
Year: Sophomore
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Email: ucblbsa.alumni@gmail.com
Bio: As a first-generation Latinx student at Cal, every day I uphold my values and empower myself to move forward. I have learned to embrace risks and always uphold a sense of confidence in all my actions. This sense of confidence does not only come from an internal factor within me; it also comes from external factors like my family, friends, and mentors. They motivate and guide me every day.

As a child growing up in Salinas, CA, I fostered a spark of imagination illustrating that someday I would be a leader. That spark of imagination transformed into a reality over the years. What I once imagined, I now live. As a student at Cal, I am delighted to serve as a leader within the LBSA community, on the Berkeley campus, and in my hometown. Within LBSA, I serve as the Vice President of Alumni Relations. I will do my best to foster relationships between students and alumni. I am eager to see how alumni can ignite hope and empowerment within our members who have unique goals and dreams.

Today is a great day to start taking steps that will help you get one step closer towards your desired pathway. I believe in the power of making things happen; you decide where you want to go and whom you want to become.
Have no fear, LBSA, and my alumni committee will help connect you with alumni and other resources that will guide you towards your aspirations. What are you waiting for?  Today is the day that you move one step closer to your dreams. Reach out to me for support in your unique journey. Together we rise for a better future.
